Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at use2dis@web.de.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
